Jonah's Jacked Up Justice

Jonah\'s Jacked Up Justice

Jonah was a man who did not understand the mercy of God. He was a man of the Law & justice. He had been hurt and was afraid and wanted someone to pay. God patiently teaches this prophet of God about mercy and forgiveness, something we all need a firmer grasp on.

From Series: "Life Lessons of People you Should Know"

The scripture says, “For everything that was written in the past was written to teach us, so that through endurance and the encouragement of the Scriptures we might have hope.” God uses the lives of men and women to teach us important life lessons. He shows the heroes and the failures, their weaknesses and strengths, in hope that it will not only point us to Jesus, but also teach us by example, that we may benefit by the experiences of those who have come before us.
