Yesterday's Gone, But Tomorrow Is On The Way

Yesterday\'s Gone, But Tomorrow Is On The Way

The message on Easter Sunday was titled, Yesterday’s Gone, But Tomorrow Is On The Way. In it we talk about the meaning of the resurrection of Jesus Christ and how it casues hope to hang in the air in front of mankind as an invitation to reach out and grab what Christ has provided through His shed blood. It was a powerful time of worship and celebration, complete with a finale of worship at the end of the service that inspired faith and awe. It was a great day in God’s house.

From Series: "Watching Jesus"

We begin a new sermon series as we look towards Easter. The message is titled, Watching Jesus. The Bible is filled with passages about people watching Jesus. People thinking, they have Jesus dialed in, explained, figured out, only to find they didn’t have clue. Bringing preconceived ideas and pet beliefs, and a fierce sense of self defense towards anything that might upset their well-ordered system, they refuse to see the real Jesus. Jesus is radical, different than we thought, unconventional – from another world. Some people can see this, “other world Jesus”, others do not – why?
