Adam's Defining Moment

Adam\'s Defining Moment

The message is titled, Adam’s Defining Moment. In it we will talk about Adam’s primary life lesson, a moment in time that defines him in history. Adam’s life lesson and defining moment taught him that passivity gave permission to his enemy to run him over. This lesson teaches us that there are times to fight against the slimy snake that slithers into our garden and not stand by passively doing nothing. We live in a time when Spiritual warfare and battling the demonic are necessary and passive people naively think themselves virtuous, when in reality, they have opened the gate to something very dark and evil.

From Series: "Life Lessons of People you Should Know"

The scripture says, “For everything that was written in the past was written to teach us, so that through endurance and the encouragement of the Scriptures we might have hope.” God uses the lives of men and women to teach us important life lessons. He shows the heroes and the failures, their weaknesses and strengths, in hope that it will not only point us to Jesus, but also teach us by example, that we may benefit by the experiences of those who have come before us.
