Waking Up In The Morning Sun

The message is titled “Waking Up In The Morning Sun”. As we approach the end of 2020, we feel the meaning of the hymn writers’ words “O come, O Bright and Morning Star, and bring us comfort from afar! Dispel the shadows of the night and turn our darkness into light.” The birth of Christ is illustrated in scripture as a sunrise after a long dark night. Isn’t it wonderful that God created our world with a built-in illustration of hope – the sunrise! The word of God says His mercies are new every morning and He is the bright and morning star. In Revelation that face of Christ shines like the sun and His birth is the light of the world rising over those who dwell in darkness. The Bible is loaded with this powerful illustration of hope. Let’s unpack it together
